I'm a real estate photographer, so my niche is pretty straightforward — my ideal client is realtors. That clarity makes it relatively easy to build automated marketing systems around them. But I'm curious about those of you in family, portrait, or other niches: 🤔 How do YOU find your clients? Is your ideal customer profile just as clear, or is it more scattered? Also — how many of you shoot multiple niches? Do you combine real estate photography with family/portrait work, sports, nature, or do you stick to one? Hey friends, For those of us in the Northern Hemisphere, springtime is right around the corner. The winter has been long…how’s your heart and mind heading into Spring? Do you connect your photography with your state of mind? For me - I find it incredibly helpful to get out with my camera and snap some images. It allows me space to process what I’m feeling and thinking, give me time to pray and work out the deeper longings of my heart. You could call it a spiritual practice. I find, when it’s been a while since my last photography outing, I struggle creatively and mentally and often wrestle with anxiety and depression. I’m ready for the warmer, more active months ahead. How about you?

Almost finished the makeover of my website. Just a few minor issues to fix. Even have my SEO already on 86/100. So going pretty well. In a few days I guess I will be done and can start updating my portfolio there as well.
