Meeting appolgiese
I will upload the file from today. I will use Jeds as an example, obviously redacted personal details and you can all start to see what you are "ACT U ALL Y " being presented, in EVERY LETTER/INSTRUMENT you are in receipt. Make sure you play the tune ...

Had an email from the Land Registry, they are closing my appeal I need to email them to ask for another extension as I am still waiting on documents from both the National Business Centre and Middle Level House Of Wild/D A Wild Cherry Tree House Euximoor Drive, Wisbech Pe14 9lt1 Sent by email Email sent to: houseofjwild@gmail.com __ __ Date Proprietor/Applicant Deborah Alexandra Platt 11 August 2026 Your ref keeper of the keys Our ref T874QGV Title number CB279540 Property Cherrytree Farm, Euximoor, Christchurch, Wisbech (PE14 9LT) Dear Customer I write further to our previous letter of 9 June 2026 in response to your objection to the application to enter a Form K restriction against the above property by Euximoor Internal Drainage Board. Hya Bonez, the letter I posted isn’t a reply from MLDB, it is a brand new liability order MLDB haven’t even acknowledged the original letter I sent, so my way of thinking is to word something that they cannot ignore, I will be on zoom later, speak to you then!

Re the zoom call, I think this is the letter that is called for? I’ve acknowledged receipt, but asking for more information to the lead up and actual time in court, is there anything I can’t ask for, have I missed anything? Am I still barking up the wrong tree? Request for Information Regarding Drainage Rates Proceedings Dear Tracy Driver, Thank you for the documents received on 8 August 2026 concerning the two Magistrates’ Court proceedings relating to the alleged non-payment of drainage rates. We would be grateful if you could provide clarification on the following matters: 1. Under what authority do MLDB and EIDB operate? 2. Who administered the proceedings and signed the relevant documents? 3. What procedures were followed in determining and listing the court dates? 4. Could you please provide a full accounting ledger and statement of account leading up to the court proceedings? 5. Whose interests are served or benefited by these court proceedings? 6. Could you provide copies of any court recordings and records relating to the proceedings, including: - Costs claimed or awarded; - Time allocated to each case; - Witnesses present; - Relevant procedures, rules, or guidelines followed. We would appreciate receiving these documents and information as soon as possible, and in any event before the deadline of 24 August 2026 referred to in your correspondence. If any of the requested documents or information are unavailable, please provide the reasons for their absence. We look forward to your substantive response. Yours faithfully, Mr and Mrs Wild
