Could this niche work?
Hey everyone, I'm a chess coach and I've been posting content on Instagram for about 6 months, and I'm ready to start monetizing. However, I'm not sure if chess is a big enough need..I don't really see how it fits in with the 3 core markets (health, wealth, relationships). So yeah I've been debating whether I should continue with chess and start monetizing or pick a completely different niche. Would appreciate your opinions/advice!

Chess is a tricky market but it’s doable. What have you done so far in this regard?

@Coach Kevin That’s a start. But, I would recommend starting in smaller steps. You want to find your niche. So, you might try smaller baits until you see that people start to bite. Also, with courses, it’s often good to test the offer, say with preorders, before full on time and money investment. You want to have an indication that people want the thing before you create it. I am interested in chess so let me know if you want to talk.

Best Video Builder?
What is the easiest/best video builder to use to create short 5 min course videos? What has anyone found success with? I need to bang out quite a few of them. Any ideas would help!

It depends on what you’re doing. I’ve used Google slides with Loom and other screen recorders.

Content manager?
I get overwhelmed and bored dealing with all the social media. I don't want to spend all day editing and uploading. I want to create more content. Youtube Instagram Tik Tok Blog articles Skool content Podcast ... So what is your strategy for all this content. And if you have hired a content manager to upload and edit all this stuff, how much do you pay them? Thank you.

At the moment, I’m sticking with one platform as a primary one. The others are supplementary or I just ignore them. Less stress because I wasn’t using them effectively anyway.

Kadence?
Hello. My web designer is suggesting I switch from Aweber to Kadence. I looked into Kadence, and it seems to be a Wordpress theme. He says it has email automation features that are free. I'm skeptical because I've always used either Aweber or Mailchimp. But really, Aweber gets expensive. He is a young designer and not sure if he knows much about email marketing.

Stick with Aweber, it’s not even a question. Why are you saying Aweber is expensive?
