Thank you Charles and Devan. My goal joining AspiRE is to learn how to consistently find, analyze, finance, and execute profitable real estate deals. I want to build the skills and investor network necessary to launch and grow my family investment business, initially focusing on residential and multifamily investments and eventually helping other investors identify opportunities. By the end of the 90 days, I want to have a repeatable deal-analysis system, financing knowledge, investor relationships, and be positioned to pursue my first investment opportunity.
