I had to laugh a little during Jim’s ADHD workshop this week. The ADHD Harmony group uses a lot of golds, warm light, pathways, and imagery that feels very similar to the visual direction I’ve been using with Trajecta. Then I looked back at this piece and thought, well… apparently we’re all wandering around the same visual neighborhood. No grand point here. I just thought it was interesting how often certain themes seem to show up around ADHD, transition, identity, possibility, and trying to build a life that actually fits. Maybe gold just understands the assignment.

I have to say this week has been extremely profound. So many aha moments and Jim has been so fantastic with all the Q&As. Even if I couldn't stay for them, I've been watching the replays and I feel 100 times better than I did when we started this journey on Monday. I hope that everyone got something out of this or learned something about themselves they didn't know before, and this community is awesome.

Biggest insight: During the Q&A when Annalisa was talking about her business, that brought me back to all of the feelings I felt when I started mine. The imposter syndrome, the fear of failure, the fear of doing the wrong thing or saying the wrong thing kept me from putting myself out there. Now that I am fully out there doing podcasts and talking about my business and how I work with ADHD professionals, I just felt like I knew her to my core. My open loop is: making a dentist appointment to get my teeth cleaned. One word for how I feel right now: Connected
