I did request a refund from him and received no response. I have removed him from the channel and did the cleanup. Based on what I'm reading here, it doesn't seem going to Fiverr will get me anywhere since I stopped purchasing gigs mid November, well outside the 14 day period. I guess I need to cut my loses and move on.
