Day 15 - This is my Journal cover. I wanted to have something that felt premium, because I wanted the person to look forward to becoming that which they envisioned on becoming. That premium version of themselves. Day 16 Day 1 Entry: The Thing Never Said IDay Action: ’m scared I’ll reach the end of my life and realize I spent more time surviving than truly living. Soundtrack: Dreamin' An unreleased song, but this song is exactly what that one sentence is describing. This song was a way for me to say that I long to dream to live my life with those I care for and love and enjoying the gifts life has to offer. Day 2 Entry: Name the Feeling Daily Actions: Emotions I felt this week: Shame Disappointment Anger Love Scared Hopeful Unsure Soundtrack: Roses - Roses is a song where I reflected on the passing of my dad, and how I process what the meaning for life is for me and how do I navigate life and death. Day 3 Entry: The Unsent Letter Hey Buddy, Daily Action: It's weird that I'm addessing the you who I used to be. I know you're scared and living in days where it feels like your parents don't see you. I know you're too young to understand and wonder if life would get better, because being so young, The family you grew up with in the environment that you did, it's tough to understand what better is. I'm not proud to say that we haven't made it to where we would feel great, but I need you to know something. I know we will. I know we will be exactly where we've always dreamt of being and that's just being the us that just wanted to have fun while being surrounded by love. I have that faith, and I'm not going to stop trying till I know we have made it. This life isin't easy, and you are enduring a lot of it at such a young age. It's weird to even say this, but you are stronger than you think you are. You are brave to keep fighting just to continue to keep going. One day You and I are going to look back and realize.....we have survived everything that tried to convince us that we wouldn't, and for that......I am proud of you.

Day 5 Entry: Daily Action - The day I was abused and told I will never be a man Soundtrack: Today would be the song I choose to pick because of the transformation I was going through. I wrote this song from a place of appreciating the moment because of a partnership that broke off. The music during that time period won't see the light of day unfortunately, and because of that I felt lost during that time period. Today was the first song I wrote that helped me remember what kind of songwriter I was and what kind of Artist I know I can be. Day 6 Entry: Daily Action: Because of that moment, I lost respect. I lost my trust for my dad and even family. I lost my ability to be confident in myself and lost the worth and safety that came from that moment. It was a moment that made me question everything. Soundtrack: Roses - though unreleased, it's one of my songs that I was the most vulnerable. It was a song written after experiencing my dads death, and having to recall the moments I spent with him up to his last days. A song that has me reflect the purpose of life and living it fully while understanding death can happen at any moment. Day 7 Entry: Daily Action: Truthfully, my faith would be the biggest thing that survived. My hope, kindness, patience, my heart, even I had survived, but the biggest of these things is faith. Soundtrack: Believe - I wrote this song as a letter to God with the second verse being a response back from him. It allowed me to enter a state of being that I can come from a vulnerable place in which I felt like I lost myself in everything i'm doing. The 2nd verse, I wanted to come from a place where God told me to keep trusting, keep believing and everything will be okay.
