If Mother's Day is hard this year, you are not alone. We see you.
This community exists for exactly this moment. For the mothers who won't be getting brunch reservations or handmade cards. For the ones who will spend Sunday wondering if their child thought of them at all. You belong here. And you are so deeply not alone. We want to hear from you this week. What would you want another mom in your situation to know she's not alone in feeling? Share it below — your words might be exactly what someone else needs to read today.

The holidays are the hardest. Loss and grief are the toughest for both me and my daughter. We struggle with depression. I lost my mom and my husband last year and I feel like my daughter has alienated me. I am reaching out to find a new way of communicating with each other. And learning with a coach and network sounds like a good way to start healing. Having a relationship with my daughter is THE most treasured and valuable part of my life. Right now our relationship is heartbreaking and I do not accept that for her or myself. I know there has to be a way forward that is more positive and healthy. I am ready and willing to put in the work to help that happen.
