What has been the most difficult thing you have over come in your career? For me it is patience. I am over eager to learn and try out something; though many people love students, if there are some base skills and circumstances which are not met, it can be unproductive or dangerous to do some tasks in manufacturing. Example: Using a crane and not having the experience or wherewithal to know how to use it correctly. Side Note: sorry for not being active lately. I have been preparing to take the CQT exam tomorrow (Wish me luck!). After that, I am going to do a deep dive into CQI's handbook and make some content around that and some of the topics.
