Breathe 😮‍💨
Quick check… When you breathe in, does your chest lift… or does your belly expand? Most people in here are still breathing into their chest without realising it. Which means your core isn’t actually doing its job. Try this: - Lie down or sit comfortably - Put one hand on your chest, one on your stomach - Take 5 slow breaths Your goal: - Keep your chest quiet - Let your stomach rise and fall Do it now (takes 30 seconds), then comment “done” below. If it felt difficult or weird - that’s exactly where your work is.
