⚽ Easy Freezer Snack for Busy Soccer Families 🍓🍌
We made these frozen yogurt banana bites today and they were such a win. No baking, simple ingredients, and honestly a fun little activity to do with the kids. And then you have a grab-and-go snack ready for the week 🙌 These are great: • after practice or games • on hot days • as a light snack before practice (1–2 bites) Just keep them in the freezer and grab as needed. If you try them, let us know how your kids liked them ⚽💛 Ingredients (makes ~13 banana bites): • 1 banana, sliced into 13 pieces (slice however thick you prefer) • ½ cup chopped strawberries • ½ cup blueberries • ½ cup Oikos Protein Yogurt (Vanilla, 20g protein, zero added sugar) • Honey, to drizzle (about 1–2 teaspoons, adjust to taste) • Dark chocolate dairy-free morsels (about 3 pieces per banana slice) How to make: 1️⃣ Line a plate or tray with parchment paper and place banana slices slightly apart. 2️⃣ In a bowl, mix the yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, and a drizzle of honey. 3️⃣ Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the yogurt-fruit mixture onto each banana slice. 4️⃣ Top each one with 3 dark chocolate morsels. 5️⃣ Freeze for 2 hours, then transfer to a freezer-safe container. 💡 Serving tip: 1–2 bites is perfect before practice, or a few more as a post-practice treat.

2026 Goals - No Shortcuts
By 2026, my goal is to establish myself at a higher competitive level and be a reliable, trusted fullback who can start games and handle pressure moments. I want to be the kind of player coaches trust when the game is tight. Defensively solid, composed on the ball, and relentless in my work rate. What I'm chasing: - Competing consistently at a college-level environment - Earning real minutes, not just being on the roster - Becoming a defender who can shut down my side and contribute going forward What I need to improve: - 1v1 Defending (body positioning, patience, timing) - Decision-making under pressure (simpler, quicker choices while fatigued) - End product going forward (crossing quality + overlap timing) - Physical consistency (speed endurance late in games) Standards I'm committing to: - Consistent weekly technical work - Regular film study of my own games and top-level fullbacks - Taking recovery seriously so I can train and compete at a high level year-round - Showing up mentally The player I'm becoming: A disciplined, coachable, competitive fullback who brings intensity every session, communicates well, and raises the standard of the group around him. Not flashy. Just dependable, aggressive, and consistent. 2026 is about execution, not just goals. I'm ready to put the work in.

That’s a great goal. Being a reliable fullback who stays calm under pressure is huge for the team. Keep working hard coaches will trust you when it matters.
Goals for 2026
My goals for 2026 is to be a better midfielder, someone who can make plays and also score goals. I also want to make it to Ecnl regional. I want my coach to count on me to make plays and help the team win.

Love that mindset 💪⚽️ Those are great goals. Being a midfielder who can both create plays and score makes a huge impact on the team.
AJ 2026 Goals
In 2026, my goal is to keep getting better and reach the ECNL level. I’m chasing a higher standard for myself and pushing beyond where I am now. I need to improve my speed, both on and off the ball. I want to be a faster player who can react quicker, make decisions faster, and keep up with the pace of high-level soccer. I also want to become a leader. Someone who works hard every day, sets the tone for the team, and leads by example, not just with words but with actions. The player I want to become is confident, disciplined, and reliable someone coaches can trust and teammates can depend on. 2026 is about growth, consistency, and earning my spot.
