$10K/month is closer than you think
$10K/month feels miles away to most photographers and videographers I meet. It sits in their head as this abstract target that exists for other people, somewhere down the line, once everything else has sorted itself out. The number feels huge because nobody's ever broken it down into what it actually requires. So let's do that. → At $1,500 per client, you need 7 clients. → At $2,000, you need 5. → At $2,500, you need 4. Four clients is the target for us. The whole problem changes shape the moment you see it that way. It stops being "how do I build a $10K/month photo/video business" and starts being "how do I find 4 clients and keep them," which is a much more manageable thing to work backwards from. So what does finding 4 clients at $2,500 actually take? A clear offer that lands with the right people, an outreach process consistent enough to put calls on your calendar, and a sales conversation built to close when those calls show up. None of that is mysterious. It's learnable, it's repeatable, and once it's all running as a system, the whole thing compounds.
