It's time...
Today I relaunch myself. It's been a tough 20 months but last week I had a belief coaching session with a colleague and many of my remaining personal barriers have fallen away. Now I need to spend some time working with my future self to decide exactly what it looks like. 🤗

I'm going to work out how I can continue to coach without it being a business... 🤔

What’s your chronobiology?
Are you more alert and productive in the morning, middle of the day, afternoon or evening? Why does this matter? Understanding and leaning into your energetic rhythms can help you to be more effective more of the time. For example, as a morning person I am most alert and creative for the first half of my day, so I tend to design programs, coach and train coaches at those times. How about you? Are you a lark or a night owl 🦉 And what’s an example of how this shows up for you?

Definitely a lark! My morning routine is so important. If I achieve nothing else in the day, I still feel like a winner 🥳

Confidence is built in the doing, not the waiting
It’s easy to fall into the trap of thinking you need more practice, more prep, or the perfect logo before you put yourself out there. But the truth? Confidence comes from action — from showing up, coaching real humans, learning as you go, and trusting that you’ll grow through it. ✨ You don’t need to feel ready ✨ You just need to be willing to get started What’s one action you can take today that will grow your confidence as a coach? Drop it in the comments — let’s cheer each other on. 🙌

I will imagine what it's like to be a well organised, proficient, confident coach and emulate that until it becomes my identity.

Building Coaching Confidence
If you’ve ever felt like your coaching sessions are good—but not great, you’re not alone. I’ve been there, and so have many others. But sometimes, all it takes are a few small, strategic tweaks to see significant improvements. Here are 3 ways to enhance your coaching impact, starting today: Start with presence, not planning: Before you dive into frameworks or tools, take a moment to ground yourself. Being fully present allows you to listen deeply and intuitively guide the session. This might seem small, but its impact is anything but. Ask layered questions: Go beyond surface-level questioning. Use “what else?” and “how does that show up?” to help clients uncover what’s really going on. It’s a game-changer for accessing the subconscious beliefs driving behaviour. Hold space longer: Get comfortable with silence. Resist the urge to jump in with solutions. Some of the biggest breakthroughs happen in the pause. These simple shifts can dramatically elevate the quality of your coaching—creating deeper, more transformative experiences for your clients. Implementing these can transform how your clients feel seen, heard, and empowered—and how confident you feel as a coach. I’m curious: What’s one area within coaching you’re looking to improve on? Replying helps me to know the best workshops and resources to share with you 🥰

I love silence - It's my most powerful tool! I'd love to gather together a whole toolbox of powerful questions to be able to learn, practice and then be able to choose from seamlessly. A bit like Heather, I sometime fumble or even draw blanks as to what to say next to get those ahaaa moments.
