What is Deep Health?
Most people chase surface-level change. Weight loss, more muscle, better habits; deep health is about something bigger. It’s the full picture of who you are, physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually. It’s what happens when your nutrition, movement, mindset, and purpose are all aligned. When you operate from deep health, you don’t just look better. You live better. You think clearer. You show up with energy. You lead with purpose. That’s what Legacy Performance is built around, not just helping you “get fit,” but helping you build a foundation of health that impacts every area of your life. Question: If you had to pick one area of your health that you feel most out of alignment right now — physical, mental, emotional, relational, environmental, or spiritual — which would it be, and what’s one small step you could take this week to move it forward?

1 Corinthians 6: 18-20 Flee from sexual immorality. All other sins a person commits are outside the body, but whoever sins sexually, sins against their own body. Do you not know that your bodies are the temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore, honor God with your bodies. The chapter speaks about lawsuits among believers inside the Church of Corinth and Sexual Immorality specifically. Verse 18-20 talks about how sexual sin is the only sin that happens inside the body specifically. Although the verses say that sexual sin is the only sin that happens inside the body, I think we have come to realize that a lot of sins, though outside the body, can have a massive impact on the physical body. Gluttony, over-indulging in something, can lead to obesity. Gluttony is a sin, and obesity is a by-product of that sin. Bodyweight aside, when we overeat certain foods, or don't exercise and stay healthy, we lack the ability to go and Live The Mission God has set before us. Whether due to lack of mental OR physical capacity, I see that as sin. God has called us to a mission, and it is our responsibility to maintain that capacity to accomplish that.
