Post-session kick back?
I just had a fabulous session with Holly and today I woke up with ALL THE NEGATIVE STORIES banging down my emotional door to get back in. It’s making me really crusty mood-wise. I don’t even remember the good things I’m meant to be saying to release these untruths! Oof. Anyone else? I’m hoping this is normal…
