AI Customer Support Ticket Analysis Automation
What it does: Built an automated customer support system that collects customer complaints, categorizes them, and uses AI to analyze customer sentiment. The goal is to reduce manual ticket processing and help support teams identify customers who need attention, this can save hours each week for every customer support worker. How I built it: - Lovable: Created the customer support website. - Tally: Built the customer support submission form. - n8n: Connected the different tools and automated the workflow. - OpenAI: Generates ticket subjects, categorizes requests, and analyzes sentiment, strength, and confidence. - Airtable: Stores customer tickets and their analysis results. What I learned: I learned how to automate an actual workflow that takes up businesses time with n8n, it allowed me to connect all these apps so they all work together and I also learned some new nodes in n8n to help examine information. Portfolio Build: AI Solar Lead Qualification & Outbound Voice Agent
What it does: Automatically calls homeowners after they submit a solar savings calculator form on a website. The AI agent personalizes the conversation, qualifies the lead, and collects information that gets stored in Google Sheets. How I built it: Built using Tally, n8n, Retell AI, Lovable, and Google Sheets. - Tally & Lovable: Collects lead information through the website form. - n8n: Triggers an outbound call when a form is submitted. - Retell AI: Calls the lead, uses their name and city, and asks qualification questions. - Google Sheets: Stores the lead’s information and qualification results through n8n. The challenge I solved: Getting the lead’s information from Tally to pass correctly through n8n into Retell AI. I learned how to configure dynamic variables so the agent could personalize the conversation using the customer’s name and city. What I learned: How to connect multiple platforms to build an automated speed to lead system, qualify incoming leads, and organize the collected data without manual work. This is a practice build as I continue developing my AI automation skills. Open to any feedback! Demo:

Looking to Help AI Agency Owners With Client Projects (Free or Paid)
Hey everyone! I'm a college wrestler looking for AI automation agency owners who are actively bringing in clients and have projects I could help with. I'm in the AAA Accelerator so you will get the best help needed. I'm open to any type of AI automation work, whether that's assisting with part of a project or taking on a full build. I'm willing to learn whatever tools are needed and figure things out along the way. My main goal is to gain real world experience, deliver results for businesses, and build case studies that I can use as proof/results toward growing my own AI automation agency. I'm open to free or paid opportunities. I'm mainly looking for a chance to get involved in real client projects, contribute wherever needed, and gain hands on experience. If you have any projects you could use help with, please reach out!!!
Free AI/Business Assessment!
Looking for a few business owners in here who’d be open to a free AI/business assessment. I’m currently practicing and refining my assessment process digging into how a business operates, identifying bottlenecks/root problems, and finding where AI or automation could create the most value. In return, I’ll send you a breakdown of the biggest opportunities I find in your business. Not selling anything, mainly looking to get reps in with real businesses to do research while hopefully giving you something valuable in return. If you’re open to it, comment or text me.
Help With GHL For AI Lead Gen
Im looking for help learning GHL and how to build these workflows maybe with a little bit of make.com once I learn GHL first. I’m willing to pay but to someone to teach me one on one to build these systems that actually work in a business. If you have any advice I would love that to, I’m using GHL because it’s good for beginners but if there’s any better ideas lmk.
