What type of motivated sellers should I text?
Hey, I want to sms text blast but im not quite sure what type of motivated sellers should I text, I want to send 25k sms a month with xleads but still not sure what type of leads should I pull. Any recommendations?

Code violations, pre foreclosures, and high equity vacants are all good for sms blasting. Watching the vids and doing a deep dive in the community/classroom here are really helpful in getting a good idea of the best lists! Sms blasting is a great initial contact point!

A2P approval
GOD, I'm so confused y'all. I just got the X leads basic plan and I am trying to set everything up and learn the software.. Do I need an LLC or EIN to get A2P approved? I don't have an LLC or an EIN and I want to start making calls..

Yes! You need your LLC to get your EIN, then you can work on A2P compliance. It can be annoying at first, but very worth it to just get it done ASAP.
