Hi guys, I’ve set up my shop using all the guides and just managed my first sale! I’m in the process of sending it out via Primt Shrimp. Once I get to the create order page and have filled out all the details, I’m being charged £2 for shipping. Despite the pricing document showing £0? It is an A5 piece that I early £9.32 on after Etsy fees etc. this leaves me with a profit of £2.33 which seems incorrect. Why am I being charged shipping? I am in the UK and the customer is also in the UK

Am I missing something? Now that I have frames, when I want to add more listings are we supposed to create a brand new blank listing and then use the tool on print shrimp every time to connect it? You know how when you normally add a listing you can just click on an existing one and press copy, well now theres no box to change the sku?

Which platform are you using the most for creating your posters?

Would creating designs on midjourney work on an IPad? For some reason my MacBook won’t allow me to sign up to create a midjourney account but worked straight away on my IPad. Really confusing but just wondering if anyone else has used an iPad for it or if anyone else has had similar issue? Thanks

I know a lot of people use Vela to bulk edit listings and does anyone know whether you can just edit a few lines of a variation. For instance say I only want to adjust the prices of my A size prints for the UK but now that I have added frames there is now a big long list such as print only, black frame etc under the UK column. Can you just edit a few lines rather than the whole list? Thank you
