Muse V2 Halloween Music Video
I managed to re-do my little Halloween music video with the Muse V2 workflow. In working with Andy, he made some tweaks to the workflow to help improve the use of cuts within a chunk. Note that I'm learning as I go and there are a few things I’d still like to go back and tweak, but as Shrek says, that will do donkey. This was done with the 5070ti and 64G using 10sec clips at 0.8 megapixel. Thanks to the tweaks by Andy, the barrier of changing camera views at cuts is gone, leaving the option to start a new scene or continue from the previous cut or chunk. The blending between each chunk and cut is flawless from what I can see. No chirps in the audio or visual burps at the transitions. I could have easily made the entire video with one fluid seam, moving the camera around. The biggest hurdle for me was prompting and making sure each image was analyzed with a decent description. The stream feature is powerful in that it let me work each chunk until I got the results I was looking for. Gone are the days of having to cross my fingers by doing full renders over and over. I did follow Andy’s earlier package demo by using the source audio file and then voice only to automate the creation of required chunks. It was not perfect in creating the cuts, but that's easy to take care of with the add/remove tools. This time I did not use the LLM feature for getting prompts, but rather re-used some of the prompting from the other workflow. Given the length of the video, I’m not sure if the LLM route for automated prompting would have been practical, given the detail needed for each chunk and cut. Prompting was the biggest hurdle as the tool for creating worked flawless IMO. What is great, I now have the ability to upscale and simply re-render the entire video overnight with a single click.

@Rob Bertrand I have seen some youtube videos where people use "clay block" grayscale 3d model animations (such as out of Blender) for motion references for things like that. That's something I have yet to try. Edit: I think sometimes these are also called playblasts? Edit: An example thread on that topic on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/comfyui/comments/1uez0nb/your_blender_blockout_for_ai_video_can_be/

@Andy Whittaker I've thought about testing it with Blender and GPT creating the rough animation setup, but I couldn't get the Blender MCP to work. I may try again.
Muse MiniMax H3 Character Sheet V2 is here!
Ok, so I have completed the Character sheet V2. Take a look at the video below to see what it does. It is now available on the portal for all 'Premium Tier' members. If you are not yet a premium tier member add would like the workflow, just hit the upgrade button and you will have access to any worklfows in the premium tier, which so far has Muse Director V2 and now Character Sheet V2. I have thoroughly tested it but if you come across a bug or error please message me direct with the error code and I will get it fixed! https://youtu.be/uxZ0Qk16JRE Installation Video HERE 👉🏻 https://www.skool.com/muse-collective-7594/classroom/4f4b796d?md=3d895aaae1d747289c435474d023bc88

@Andy Whittaker I had ChatGPT re-interpret a scene in a muppet style, and then cropped the character out as an input into the workflow.

@Andy Whittaker I haven't done much experimenting with trying to get H3 to change style (say from photorealistic to anime), but Qwen 2.1 can definitely do that.
MiniMax H3 Character Sheet - V2
Hi, I just became a member today; how do I get the new MiniMax H3 Character Sheet - V2?

@Johan Diaz feliz I think it took about 30 minutes for the HF admin to accept my request to that SAM3 repo yesterday. So access may be delayed upon initial request, it appears.
Character Sheet V2
I have now got the character sheet V2 to take an image as character, a body shape and clothing and combine into one turnaround for custom character sheets.

@Stefan Neshterev I've done wardrobe transfers and face swaps using 2nd or 3rd images in the workflow. One caveat: the prompt should be very specific about what is what. For example, I was finding when I tested wardrobe that even just flagging it as an attribute_transfer for the wardrobe, it was still trying to transfer the face and body proportions of that image over the base character reference. I had to specifically state REF 1 was the character identity and REF 2 was for wardrobe, only. And if the analysis of either reference image includes details you don't want, then those details should be removed from the analysis text. Edit: Also, removing a face from any reference image for a wardrobe transfer helps avoid identity shift.

@Sjt Jt H3 can just be weird at times with prompt adherence. I had one scene involving a popcorn bowl (obviously not a character sheet) and I kept randomly seeing kernels of popcorn all over the scene instead of in the bowl. Disabled the Realism People LoRA and that stopped happening. Just very random. lol.
Muse Character Sheet Workflows
Muse Character sheet H3 Standard and Enhanced are now available in the Classroom under Muse Workflows. Thanks!

@Pukka Factor if it's like in mine, it's hidden behind the Text Preview

@Sjt Jt I tend to feel that H3 skin tones come out a bit too orange sometimes (not always, but often enough). In that case, the DLSS5 tone shift helps. On the flip side, it also seems to make some of my tests look older.
