hi guys, soon i am going to launch my first women fashion store, so i tried my best to make the store look good and professional like getting the best product images and more of things i did my best, so for the moment i got 50 products and keep listing more daily and i want to start the advertising campaign , so any advice for creatives ( i got UGC's for the most of the products) or what i should target or anything i should add to the store or making an offer , ANYTHING would help if u personally used it and worked for u , just say the sauce. thanks in advance.

Lessons After Managing Ecom Stores — What I Wish I Knew Earlier After working with multiple ecom brands and running my own stores, here’s something I learned the hard way: 👉 Traffic doesn’t fix a broken offer.👉 Great products don't sell themselves — positioning matters more than you think.👉 Simple funnels > complicated websites.👉 Retention (email/SMS) is where the real profit hides, not just new customer acquisition. If I were starting over today, I'd focus on: Building one great offer instead of chasing 10 mediocre products Mastering storytelling with UGC (user-generated content) Obsessing over my customer's next purchase, not just their first Testing small before scaling hard Ecom feels overwhelming sometimes because there's always a new trend popping up.
