Honestly I think it all depends on the individual. We’re all built different and power will work for other that don’t have speed. Speed works for those that don’t have power. And I feel like technique is one of those things that you can have but if you don’t have something else to help, it may not matter. Like for example good technique but using on a guy who can outmuscle you, ya know? Great question honestly, I love technique more compared to the other two, but feel like we’re gonna get some awesome answers here depending what people train in, their body styles, and how they were taught
