Hey team, tribe, community...
… whatever we call ourselves, we are doing this together. We’re almost at the end of the first week and you should feel proud for showing up. Even if you didn’t complete all the days, let go of the guilt and celebrate yourself for starting this challenge. This isn’t about perfection or punishing yourself. It is about beginning something meaningful and reconnecting with your body, even on the busiest days. Some days feel easy, some days feel tough, but every single one counts. What's the best time to train?
We’re already on Day 2! When do you usually fit your session in? morning or evening? Do you plan to the same time each day, or is it going to change every day?

I usually do it between 7am-noon. I’ve been known to to do it sometimes as early as 5am but only in spring, summer.
