Choosing the right AI tool
Choosing the right AI tool is getting harder every month. New models appear, capabilities change, and it’s not always clear which one to use for what. This guide by Ethan Mollick (https://www.linkedin.com/in/emollick/) breaks it down in a very practical way: which AI to use depending on the task. Key takeaway: - ChatGPT / GPT-4 → strong all-rounder for reasoning, writing, and workflows - Claude → excellent for long documents, analysis, and thoughtful responses - Gemini → powerful when working inside Google tools - Specialized tools → often better for coding, design, or automation The real skill is not picking one AI tool. It's knowing which tool to use for which job. Start simple: 1. Pick one task you do every week (writing, analysis, research). 2. Test 2–3 different AI models on that same task. 3. Compare the results. You’ll quickly see where each model shines. @Donnal Tjin A Kiet Nice! I also started that way.
From AI experimentation to operational advantage
Many teams are experimenting with AI. Few are turning it into a real, measurable advantage. In this whitepaper, we share a practical leadership framework to move from pilots to performance. You’ll learn how to: - Define outcomes before choosing tools - Select high-leverage use cases (and avoid fragile ones) - Apply the trust equation: frequency of error × cost of error - Build governance and human-in-the-loop workflows - Scale AI without scaling risk This is about intentional adoption, not hype. 👉 Head to the Classroom and read it. Then pick one use case and evaluate it this week using the trust lens.

Breaking the technical barrier with AI Coding 🚀
Hi everyone! I’m always looking for ways to push our boundaries through innovation. Today, I want to share a bit of my own journey: I am currently developing a personal project using Vibe coding (or "AI Coding"). Despite not having a technical background, I’m using tools like Google AI Studio, Antigravity, and Xcode to build an application from scratch. It’s been an eye-opening experience that has completely changed how I view product development. I’m curious to hear from you: - Have you experimented with AI Coding yet? - What are the biggest barriers or challenges you’ve faced when trying to build something technical? I’d love to share my progress with you as I go. Let me know in the comments if you’d like me to share more about the workflow I'm using!
@Bart Meerdink Haven’t tried Lovable yet. I actually started experimenting with Claude last week and I’m curious to see how far I can push it.
@Stephanie Aukes, great to hear that. Lovable really lowers the barrier to building fast, especially when you want something that looks polished from day one. At the moment, I’m working mainly with Claude, the latest Opus 4.6 model, and it’s been impressive. The reasoning depth and structured outputs are on another level. For more complex workflows and longer context tasks, it feels very solid. In the end, it’s less about choosing one “winner” and more about building a smart AI stack. Different tools shine in different stages: ideation, prototyping, reasoning, automation. The real advantage comes when we combine them strategically to move faster and build better products.
