I know a person who only eats raw food. He also spent time in a monastery and he realised both onion (especially raw) and garlic leave him feeling anxious. I personally don’t like these 2 foods as they leave an aftertaste that doesn’t go away as quick as other foods and so don’t buy them. Why is this the case ? Anybody have a similar experience ?
