6 contributions to Intermittent Dreams and Goals
I will continue to show up…
To this space and to others where I can somehow speak life into others that desire to walk in their dreams and passions.

Really in the end, it's only thing we can control, what we do ourselves.
Consistency is Key
I’m finding that being consistent in small things everyday ( positive habits) develops into greater outcomes. If I could develop this practice across the board I’d be scared of myself. Oh, the potential!

I find that my life turns out better when I'm consistent in doing good things!
Advice
I'm discovering that I have to be discerning with whom I discuss my dreams and passions with as of late. I spoke with someone tonight and instead of offering some helpful solutions they talked of "backup plans" and "being safe." And there is nothing wrong with that, but I am not in a financial space where a back up plan is viable. If I sit around waiting for the "right" time, I'll continue to wait... My job has not equipped me with enough money to have a nest egg or back up. I need to keep my mouth shut and create strategic steps.

It's rare to find someone who wants you to achieve all your hopes and dreams. If you find someone like that, hold on to them!
Thankfulness
There are things that I could complain about, worry, and also be frustrated, but I'm choosing not to today. I am thankful that I have all I need, not necessarily what I want. And the discernment to know the difference between the two.

It take strength to realize that having what we need isn't always the same as having what we want. Nobody ever wants difficult experiences, but when we do go through them, we notice how much we've grown when we come out the other side
Traffic
Sitting in traffic becomes a great time to reflect and think about your goals as opposed to jumping into stressful bouts of anxiety. Are there times of waiting where you take the opportunity to think strategically about your goals? Use these valuable moments to plan.

My wife hates traffic, it annoys here so much! I on the other hand don't mind it! I can listen to podcasts and audiobooks and plan out my week in my head!
