Built Quietly for 30 Years. Now Rebuilding With Intention.
What’s up everyone, Brandon here. I’ve been showing up on the 5pm calls consistently, listening more than talking, and getting a lot of value from the conversations here. Figured it was time to introduce myself the right way. What I HAVE I’ve been in finance and business since 1996, so just over 30 years now. Most of that time has been spent building behind the scenes. I tend to stay out of the spotlight and focus on creating systems that actually produce. Over the years I’ve: - Built and managed high intent traffic in regulated spaces where trust matters - Created lead generation ecosystems that turn attention into real conversations and revenue - Worked closely with operators and sales teams to make sure what gets generated actually closes - Learned how to navigate compliance, scale, and real world execution without cutting corners A lot of what I do is not visible on the surface. I’ve always been more focused on building the machine than being the face of it. Outside of work, I’ve spent years living abroad in Southeast Asia, traveling, training martial arts, working out, hiking, and pushing myself in different ways. I even spent a period of time paragliding and jumping off cliffs, which probably says a lot about how I approach risk and growth. What I WANT At this stage, I’m looking for clarity and better leverage. I’ve spent a long time building for others and inside other people’s structures. It taught me a lot, but it also showed me where the limits are. Now I’m focused on: - Owning more of what I build - Creating structures that compound instead of reset - Building partnerships that are aligned long term, not just transactional I want to be around people who are actually in it, solving real problems, and building real businesses. What I NEED Two things I’m actively working through: 1. Positioning at the next level. Figuring out what stays, what consolidates, and what becomes the next version of everything I’ve built. 2. Smarter leverage decisions.

@Brandon M Welcome! "Being valuable does not always mean being secure" Gave me a roundhouse kick to the Adams Apple with a knee to the groin I had to learn that the hard way and I'm still paying the price for it.....

Anyone in Austin, TX?
Hi 3XF!! First: I love y'all. Thanks for being here and being awesome. Second: I'm going to scholarship ONE 3X Freedom member into my one-day workshop in Austin, TX. Here are the details of the event. There are only two eligibility requirements: 1. You need to be in, near, or willing to travel to Austin for a full day event on Friday, April 3rd. 2. You need to have a real business already setup and running (that means revenue generating). Otherwise, the training won't make an impact. If that's you: Shoot me a DM with a brief explanation of: 1. what your business does, 2. why you want to attend this workshop specifically, 3. what problem you’re hoping AI will help you solve right now, and 4. why you think you should be the one I scholarship. Keep it short. I’ll choose one person by Monday!

Are You Behind, or Building Your Foundation?
You know that feeling when you're on a coaching call and someone casually mentions their "LTV to CAC ratio" and you freeze? You smile. You nod. You frantically open a new tab to Google what those acronyms even mean while pretending to take notes. Everyone else seems to understand perfectly. They're nodding along, asking follow-up questions, discussing their own numbers like it's the most natural thing in the world. And you're sitting there feeling like an imposter who somehow snuck into a room where you clearly don't belong. Here's what nobody tells you: every single person in that room Googled those exact same terms at some point. The difference is they've been doing this long enough that the language has become second nature. They're not smarter than you. They're not more "business-minded" than you. They just learned the vocabulary first. The difference between where you are now and where they are isn't intelligence or business acumen — it's simply exposure to the language. And here's what's beautiful about that: language is learnable. You're not behind. You're building your foundation. Every expert started exactly where you are. The entrepreneurs who casually discuss their MRR and conversion rates? They Googled those terms too. The coaches who confidently analyze their client acquisition costs? They had to learn what CAC even stood for. Learning business vocabulary isn't just about fitting in on coaching calls or understanding what your business mentor is talking about (though both of those are valuable). It's about unlocking your ability to make informed decisions about your business. When you understand these terms, you can: - Evaluate whether advice actually applies to your situation - Identify problems before they become crises - Make strategic decisions based on data instead of guesswork - Participate confidently in learning spaces without constantly feeling lost - Know which numbers actually matter for YOUR business stage Most importantly, understanding business terminology helps you move from "Am I cut out for this?" to "I've got this."

@Christina Hooper “….it's simply exposure to the language. And here's what's beautiful about that: language is learnable.” And “Give yourself permission to still be learning” Landed hard with me, in a good way We have to be exposed to something new to learn And because “I have a brain and the problem does not” that means I can LEARN ANYTHING NEW BUSINESS WORDS NEW BUSINESS CONCEPTS NEW BUSINESS TACTICS NEW, NEW, NEW….. And because it’s new that means I’ll always be in learn mode Which means I should be kind to myself by giving myself permission to “be a fool before becoming the master”
