Apple Maps
I just learned of the fact that Apple Maps allows businesses to create business accounts similarly to Google Maps. Wondering if anyone in the group has any experience with this and knows whether it is worth using? And if there are any tips on how to properly set up for success? Thanks!

Reviews
I made cards with a QR codes to our GBP and it has now paid off we are up from the 68,a long standing not moving reviews to 91, this has taken a lot of effort for my team to buy in to it. I went out with my team individually to see how they interacted with customers and watched the crucial part where they would ask for the review, or didn’t 😉 As l was speaking to the customer my technician climbed in to the van ready for the off, l turned to the customer and asked for the review. His answer was with pleasure, l will do it immediately, l asked if he could mention the technician by name, so there it was a review by a member of the House of Lords How do you measure how your staff get reviews? I have now explained how vital it is to get reviews as AI is looking for them. I am now going to get cards with QR codes for GBP and Facebook on the same card as some people do not have gmail. Even old people use Facebook now, it is just a case of leading them to right page. Another way in the past was to give customers a courtesy call to make sure everything was alright after the work, if they were l would send them a link. I would be interested in how you get reviews.

I like your QR code idea. We send a follow up text message as soon as the job is completed with a link to our GBP and a review request. We do get reviews using this method but the overall percentage of our clients do not leave a review.

@Peter Stewart Dumpster rental. We often times see our customers in person upon delivery but rarely see them at the time of pickup, so we don’t get many opportunities to ask them in person about a review.
Question
So, I used Google’s AI tool, asked it to write a compelling update for my Google Business Page. I then deleted some of what it provided because it was rather lengthy and also edited in some information to personalize it more for our dumpster business and added some pictures that I took of our dumpsters in action. Shorty after posting this I received an email from Google saying they deleted the post because it violated their policy and told me posting is now turned off for my business page. My question is, what did I do wrong? And how long is posting turned off? I tried to get answers from Google but can’t seem to find anything.that states what rule I have violated and how to avoid this. This is the update I posted: JWS Dumpsters: Your Partner for Stress-Free Project Cleanup Tackling a home renovation, construction project, or major cleanout in the Twin Cities Metro Area? @Zane Shawn Clements Thanks Zane! And thanks to the others who posted replies as well! I did check the guidelines and didn’t find anything but what you said about the call to action and Google wanting to track everything makes sense.
