Today reminded me what this is really about. The work, the late nights, the risks, the building, the pressure -- none of it is just for us. It’s for the people standing beside us. It’s for the kids watching how we move, how we handle setbacks, how we keep showing up even when life gets heavy. Fatherhood is not about being perfect. It’s about being present, leading with love, and becoming the kind of man your family can trust. Grateful for my kids, grateful for the journey, and grateful for every father here doing the unseen work every day. Happy Father’s Day. Keep building. Keep leading. Keep showing up.
