Ask the seller if he wants to sell the property? What does he want to see happen in this situation? What is his objective? I read the comments and he doesn't seem like he is motivated at all but ask the question, do you want to sell? he also sounds like he wants more money than you are offering, so i would ask if he were to sale how much cash does he want to walk away with?

Tapping Back In

So I got discouraged because some deals fell through I got sellers to agree to my price but had an issue finding cash buyers. If anyone can share any tips that can help me on my journey as I get back to it I would appreciate it.
