Deal breakdown (Heloc + HOA issues)
Just thought I would share this with y’all as I want to post more real deals and real opportunities so we can learn together as problems come up. Comment if you have thoughts, questions, or different ways to make this deal work. I will say sometimes the best deal is the deal that you don’t do.🫠

Doing the wrap or owner finance does look like the best option.
Anyone with a rental available?
Found someone looking for a rental in nashville, looks like they're willing to pay a good amount per month. Could be useful if anyone has a good property in Nashville
