This week inside the Identity Lab, I watched something that made my heart smile. @Myeishia Lewis posted a screenshot of her updated YouTube profile. Her first video uploaded. And she shared how many times she re-recorded it before finally letting it go live. @Mieisha Jackson named her I am AND her healing center. @Bianka Burke showed her meeting for a Tedx Talk Prep I’m proud when I see someone start — when they move from thinking to doing, from seeking to creating, from holding it privately to letting it exist publicly. And if I’m being honest, that brings me more joy than recieving kudos (or even money) for a name reading! Wild! I know! 🤣🥳 But it’s Because after being a metaphysical mentor for 10 years, I know for a fact, identity doesn’t change through insight alone. It changes when the nervous system can tolerate being seen in motion. And this week, I saw that happening. Thanks for making me smile! 😃 Can we get some 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽for these Goddesses❤️

Chiron went direct in Aries today, and Aries governs identity. Here’s what that means: It’s time to alchemize the wounds you’ve gone through around who you are, how you show up, and how you lead (Aries word). And here’s something no one really tells you about identity shifts: The moment you claim a new identity, it gets challenged. Not externally at first. Internally… by you. Your inner voice questions you. Your doubt shows up. Your old narratives get loud. This is Nervous System Training 101 and your old self is the teacher. Your body is learning how to hold the new identity you just named. If you respond by collapsing — doubting yourself, second-guessing yourself, arguing with the new identity — the challenge externalizes. Experiences show up to question you because you questioned yourself. Experiences show up to doubt you because you doubted yourself. But if you respond by agreeing with yourself, the identity stabilizes. People think the universe is testing them. It’s not. You claimed an identity. Then you challenged it internally. And the world mirrored that back. So Chiron going direct today isn’t about the end of healing. It’s about integrating what you’ve already healed from. And leading with it. What identity did you claim — and then immediately start arguing with internally?

A lot of y’all like to talk about how masculine energy is supposed to make you feel safe in relationships. But let me talk to the business owners for a second. From a metaphysical psychology perspective, masculine energy creates safety for the nervous system in business too. Not from a “every day I’m hustlin” perspective though. Through structure and data. these are masculine based energetic principles. When you…… as an entrepreneur…… completely ignore data, your nervous system will fill in the gaps with emotion. And emotional based businesses don’t feel safe, they feel chaotic. This is especially true if you’re some type of coach, mentor, healer or guiide (very emotional business ) . You must use DATA…. And not just run your business on “vibes” 🤦🏽‍♀️🤣 Lack of data is 1 reason why so many spiritual entrepreneurs keep starting and stopping. Because they’re making decisions based on emotions. But data (masculine energy) creates NEUTRALITY! 👈🏽 (very important). Because neutrality is what creates magnetism. Why ? because neutral = safe. And this is how feminine & masculine enegy COMPLIMENT each other in business. So let me ask you this. where in your business are you avoiding structure and data and instead moving with “vibes” and emotions?
