THE CHARGE: Evolve or Die
Operators. Standard Eight of the Twelve: Evolve or Die. The man who repeats his week repeats his results. Feedback is not criticism. It is data. Saturday is the tape. You study it or you stay the same man running the same loop. Your rep: run your weekly review before noon. Three lines. What held. What broke. What changes Monday. Post the third line below. Discipline. Mastery. Domination. Hold the line.

TRAINING: The Weekend Contract
Operators. Friday training. Standard Seven of the Twelve: Hold the Line. The mechanism. Standards do not break on hard days. They break on unstructured ones. The weekend strips the scaffolding that holds your week together, and every choice becomes a negotiation. You do not win weekend negotiations in the moment. You win them in advance, in writing, with a check on the clock. THE WEEKEND CONTRACT 1. Name the line. One standard that does not move before Monday. Written. Specific. Binary. It happened or it did not. 2. Set the floor version. The shortest rep that still counts. Twenty minutes becomes ten. Ten becomes five. Zero is the only failure. 3. Mark the breach point. Name the exact moment you will want to fold. Friday night. Saturday afternoon. Write what you do instead when it arrives. 4. Put it in front of men. Post the line in the Brotherhood. A standard named out loud holds harder than one kept private. 5. Grade it Saturday. Your weekly review checks the contract. Kept or broken. No story either way. Drill for today: write your contract before dinner. One line, one floor, one breach point. Post the line below. Full training: Week 7 - Hold the Line, in the Classroom. Hold the line.

THE CHARGE: Hold the Line
Brothers. Standard Seven of the Twelve: Hold the Line. The weekend is where standards go to die. Friday night tells you that you earned a break from the man you are building. That is the test. A standard that only holds Monday to Friday is not a standard. It is a costume. You do not need a perfect weekend. You need an unbroken one. Floor stays set. First hour stays owned. The rep still happens, even short, even ugly. Your rep: name the one line you will not cross before Monday. One line below. Saturday you run your week back and check it. Discipline. Mastery. Domination. Hold the line.

THE CHARGE: Kill the Noise
Brothers. Standard Six of the Twelve: Kill the Noise. Every input you allow is a claim on your attention. Most men do not lose the day in one blow. They lose it one notification at a time. The fix is not willpower. It is removal. Phone in another room during work blocks. Feeds closed until the real work is done. One screen, one task. Your rep: name the one input you are cutting today. One line below. Discipline. Mastery. Domination. Hold the line.

Day 5
Inbox triaging on a clock. Dashboards live. Money review scheduled. Day 5 done

Inbox on a clock, dashboards live, money review on the calendar. That is a man building the instruments instead of flying blind, and now they report to you. Day 5 down, two builds left in the Forge. The system you are standing up this week is the one that keeps running after the motivation is gone. Day 6 is waiting. Hold the line, brother.
