Selling One Of My Rentals!
Hi all, My parents are now transitioning from being investors to retiring. They are slowly offloading their properties, starting with this one. It's a turnkey triplex in Cleveland OH listed at $148,500. A 3 bed, 3 bed, and 1 bed. The rents are pretty low as we had the unfortunate timing of having the property rent-ready in winter and wanted to fill the vacancies. They definitely can be increased when the leases are expired. Currently grossing $2085 a month. You could probably get it to $2400 a month at lease renewal. All three units are rented to regular tenants (again, just poor timing renting in the winter). The utilities are all paid by owner due to shared utilities, except the 1st floor pays for their gas/electric. This triplex has had a LOT of rehab and work done on it since purchase, making it fully turnkey. I personally don't want this property as im sure you all know my stance on Multifamily homes, im a single-family type of guy but that's mostly preference. Anywho, if any of you are interested, comment below. This home is also on MLS so its fair game to everybody. We listed it only a few hours ago and already have a few showings. I would rather sell it to one of you so I save some buyer agent commission. No seller financing, we are accepting cash, DSCR, or conventional. Also no lowballs, we have interest in the property already and have a pretty extensive comp list to reference its value. Selling As-Is.
