I haven't seen the answers anywhere, so I apologize ahead of time, but 1. How do we know if a customer shows up for the appointment? I don't want to charge someone who books an appointment but never shows. and 2. I have a general contractor that does Roofing, electric work, fencing, and pavement jobs that is interested. How do you charge for that? How do you fulfill that?
