Then ensure to turn off the Shopify automated version as it will be duplicated on top of your klaviyo versions. Check the 5 Essential Flow module in the free course getting your first sales. That will help out a bunch. As Oussama said you could even manually reach out to the highest abandon carts to try push them over the line. Calls are a tad intrusive in my opinion. But, personalised text emails can be good. But, really, your abandon flows should take care of it. But, remember it's a volume game. If your conversion rate on your site is 1% then expect a sale to come through when 100 people go through it. it should be a bit better than that as it is targeted but it's still a volume game!
