Hey all. I've been in ecom for 10 years. Had some decent successes but nothing that stuck. Now venturing into email marketing for ecom businesses. I know it's not exactly what this group is about. But, I am sure I'll find some great gems in here for my niche!

How have you guys been able to deal with content/ information overload specifically, I find myself watching a little too much youtube about business. Any advice on that? @Matt Shields

When you are watching and 80% is new then keep watching. If you're watching and 80% you already know then it's time to take action. It's highly addictive getting golden nuggest. But without the foundation in place to stack those nuggets there is no point finding new ones!

Similar story pal. I did well on amazon for a few years in the private label boom. Did not manage it well and now starting from scratch again in the agency world!
