Hey Jason. My subscription is about to renew and I'm still not 100% set up. I had a few issues and questions but no one is getting back to me. I'm not the most techie guy but support is so far dissapointing. I'm getting condescending remarks instead of support. It's probably me that I'm not comprehending and probably a pain in the neck but I need help setting this up regardless.

Hey @Jason Cunningham — hope you’re doing well. I just loaded a new batch of inboxes into Smartlead and started the warmup process. A few of them are already showing 100% warmup reputation after just a few days (screenshot below) — not sure if that’s normal, a Smartlead glitch, or maybe those domains were prewarmed somehow? For the inboxes I’ve had running a few weeks (below the red line), I’m seeing warmup scores dropping into the 70–80% range. Curious how you’d handle this: - Any way to recover or “save” inboxes before reputation tanks? - For those in the 80–90% range, should I tweak warmup settings or just let Smartlead balance it out? - Anything specific you recommend for monitoring or maintaining inbox health long-term? Added screenshots below of both my inbox view and Smartlead warmup settings for context. Appreciate any insight you’ve got. 🙏
