100% LTV
Does it seem odd that a few lenders here proclaim 100%LTV with rates to good to be true? Does this group have any feedback section for some questionable lenders and their out of this word terms? Thanks!

@Marcin Drozdz I completely agree. No one wants to be on the hook for 100%. The buyer has to have some skin in the game.
