Resetting the Focus
One Tool, No Excuses I haven't been as consistent here as I expect of myself. That's on me. What has been happening is a reset behind the scenes, downsizing the gym, simplifying training, Right now, dumbbells are the foundation for me. Simple. Effective. Hard to outgrow. Question for you (vote below): If you could only choose one piece of equipment to train with long-term, what are you picking?

Kettlebells than body weight
Sold my rack.
Not because racks aren’t great, they are. But this season called for less friction and more consistency. I’m minimizing my training for the time-being: - Free weights - Open space - Efficiency My PowerBlocks go up to 100, I’ve got kettlebells, and that covers everything I need to stay strong right now. This is a good reminder that the best gym setup isn’t the biggest or most impressive, it’s the one you’ll actually use. Curious to hear from you 👇 If you had to train with no rack for the next 6 months, what would your setup look like?

@Kyle Krancher yeah my bed room lol. Me and the wife have our own rooms. Hers is full of purses and clothes. Mine is full of workout equipment.

@Kyle Krancher very. We figured it out like 10 years ago we sleep way better by yourselves. She like a human heater and I need to sleep with the fan on. Going on 25 years.

Just wrapped up Day 2 of the Full Body Challenge, had to cut it a little short today, but I kept the tempo high and got a solid sweat in. It’s not about the perfect workout every day… It’s about showing up, consistently. Putting in the effort even when time’s tight or energy’s low. @Kyle Krancher Like 3 0 1 1, 3 secs down, 0 sec pause, 1 sec up, 1 sec hold at the top. Kinda goes out the window when I’m lifting. Been working on this

Early morning workout today.
Kept it simple, just three explosive movements. Body’s feeling the last two days, but that’s part of the game. Not every session needs a long checklist… sometimes the win is just showing up when you said you would. Consistency isn’t about doing everything. It’s about doing something. If you’re feeling worn down, simplify. Pick 1–3 movements. Do them well. Walk away proud. Keep building. Keep working hard. ☘️

That’s what I have been thinking. This trying to hit all the muscles at different angles is crazy. Not trying to walk across the stage. Just want a flat stomach and nice chest arms and legs. Not asking for much lol
