Iโ€™ll be honest, when I tell people Iโ€™m a breathwork coach & facilitator, I sometimes get a look. Or a comment like, โ€œohโ€ฆ so you teach people how to breathe?โ€ Thereโ€™s usually a little confusion in it. Sometimes humor. I get why. Breathing feels basic. Itโ€™s automatic. Everyone is doing it already. At the same time, the way you breathe directly affects how your body feels, how your mind responds, and how your nervous system moves through the day. A lot of people are breathing in a way that keeps their system slightly on edge. Shallow, fast, up in the chest. Over time, that just becomes normal. Breathwork brings awareness back to something thatโ€™s already happening and shows you how to use it on purpose. To calm your system. To move energy. To feel more grounded in your body. Breathwork is medicine for you mental and phisical body. A lots of us breath wrongly and we really dont pay attantion to it, We take it for granted. For me yoga opened that and I started to be more focused on it.๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿžโค๏ธ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

I do wim hof breathwork with holding breath and not every time is the same but it does help, also I do yoga and thats a totally different way of breathing. They are different but it does really help๐Ÿฆ†๐Ÿ’–๐ŸŒผ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ

It is the most faithful companion you will ever have, and yet most people never truly meet it. Conscious breathwork is the practice of returning to this sacred rhythm, of using the breath as a tool to clear stagnant energy, release stored trauma, increase prana and life force, and reconnect to the truth of who you are beneath the noise of everyday life. When you breathe with awareness, your body begins to remember its own intelligence. Your nervous system softens. Your mind quiets. Your energy expands. This is not a trend. This is ancient wisdom meeting modern healing. If your body has been holding tension, grief, fear, or exhaustion, your breath knows exactly where to go. Let it lead you home.
