Does anyone else here struggle with food noise? I discovered recently my biggest weakness when it comes to training/healthy eating is literally my levels of stress & overthinking (food noise especially ๐Ÿ˜ ) I also keep myself so busy that I forget I need to sit down & relax every now n then!! Iโ€™m grateful weโ€™re trying to focus more on lowering cortisol & keeping our bodies at a normal level this camp because I need it right now BAD๐Ÿ˜‚ I donโ€™t know about anyone else but I am ALWAYS in go mode!!

Yeah, same goes for me. Iโ€™m always on the go, so Iโ€™m either grabbing something quick to eat ( not always the healthiest options) or completely forgetting to eat altogether. Iโ€™m trying to be more intentional about that this time around and focusing on my cortisol level this camp is really helping me to slow down and tune in with my body so I can think clearer and make better choices for my body.

Halfway through our first week of camp! Feeling sweaty but refreshed as outlook is everything. Whatโ€™s something youโ€™re grateful for? Iโ€™m grateful for the ability to move my body, something I couldnโ€™t do this freely several years ago
