Cold shower
just finished my first class of Line dancing with my partner and then I came home and did a cold shower right from the start to finish 🥶 I’m on tank water too so it’s probably even colder BUT YAY so proud I went all in. Definitely focusing on your breathe helps, after a couple of mins it’s not that cold anymore and it turns to be more refreshing 🥹🥰

Falling asleep
