How would William describe uncle jar?
I would love to think he would say that I am a loving and caring uncle who loves to play with him. I would like to think he knows his uncle loves him very much despite the fact we don’t get to hang out very often I also hope he would know his uncle jar would move mountains for him. I haven’t got to hang out with him much or even see him on the phone to much but with what time I have been able to spend with him I would think he would describe me like this.

@Gary Hults if my nephew were to describe me he would say that I have discipline that I have integrity and that I am reliable because I am the kind of man that always shows up, one thing I could do differently today is to work on spending more time with him when I get home how ever I do FaceTime with him several days out of the week and he does know who I am and I know that as he grows up he will look up to the type of man that I will continue to become because of my dad and this brotherhood
Start of a new week
New week new chances let’s make this one count. Small progress every day turns into big results by Friday!! Remember motivation starts this week but discipline will have to finish it

I would have to go with becoming stronger because that is the most important thing to me at the moment I’m ready to become a strong healthy man with great values and a great foundation
Leadership Under Pressure
When pressure hits, what do you focus on most? As everyone can see this week the polls are about leadership. If you’re not there yet that’s ok. That just means it’s something we need to start working towards. Please select other if that’s the case and let’s choose one area you can start working on.

I’m gonna have to go with other but what I really need to work on is definitely clear thinking, if your clearly thinking I feel as if anything is possible
Proud of my son & Thankful for all of you
I want to thank every man in this brotherhood for the way you welcomed one of my sons into this space. That means more to me than I can fully put into words. He’s a strong young man. Always has been. Like many of us, though, he had a season where he needed to go out and try to pave his own road. That’s part of becoming a man. I’m proud of him for stepping forward now with humility, ownership, and a real commitment to grow. Most young men chase freedom before they understand the value of guidance. So when a son comes back to his father and says, “I want to learn from men who’ve lived it, not just keep falling on my face,” that takes courage, that takes maturity, that takes humility! I’m grateful he’s home. I’m grateful he asked to be here and I’m grateful for all of you men willing to stand Shoulder to Shoulder / Brick by Brick building each other up the right way. This is how real men grow and I’m proud he gets to witness it firsthand.

Yes thank everyone for welcoming me and it’s truly an honor to be able to learn from men who have experienced life and I’m truly so exited for the lessons that I will learn the values I will pick up and habits that I can include to make me the best version of myself that I can. I’m thankful for you all and looking forward to growing with you guys, hope everyone had a wonderful night!!
