Why Your Nose Looks Bigger Than It Should
Most people think their nose shape is genetic. It’s not. What you’re actually looking at is inflammation, fluid retention, and poor daily inputs. That’s why your nose can look: – wider at night – puffier after certain foods – less defined in bad environments and sharper, tighter, more “upturned” when everything is dialed in Same face. Different inputs. This is where most people get it wrong… They try to “fix structure” before fixing inflammation. So they stay stuck. In this video I break down: – what actually causes a bloated nose – why your environment is changing your face daily – and how to start reversing it Watch it here: https://youtu.be/lbQnai6FIPI?si=6a5wtIs1SRot5OmK Fix the cause first. Everything sharpens after that.

You’re Not Maxed Out — You’re Undisciplined
A lot of you think you’ve “hit your limit.” You haven’t. You’ve just never been consistent long enough to see what happens when everything is dialed in. --- ### 1️⃣ The Illusion of “Genetics” It’s easy to blame genetics when: • Your sleep is inconsistent • Your diet is all over the place • You don’t follow any real routine Genetics matter. But most of you haven’t even scratched your baseline. --- ### 2️⃣ What Actually Moves the Needle Not random hacks. Not trends. It’s stacking fundamentals daily: • Low inflammation diet • Proper hydration • Consistent lymphatic drainage • Training + movement • Deep sleep Individually? Small impact. Together? Completely different face. --- ### 3️⃣ Why Most People Stay the Same They chase intensity over consistency. They’ll go all in for 2–3 days… then disappear for a week. No system. No structure. No results. --- ### 4️⃣ What Happens When You Lock In After 2–3 weeks of consistency: • Less facial bloating • Sharper features • Better skin quality • More defined structure After a few months: You don’t even look like the same person. --- Bottom Line: You’re not stuck. You’re just not consistent enough yet. Fix that, and everything changes

Lymphatic Drainage: The Fastest Way to Sharpen Your Face
If your face looks different day to day… it’s not your bone structure changing. It’s fluid. Most people are walking around with a sluggish lymphatic system, which leads to: • Puffy cheeks • Blurred jawline • Under-eye bags • Overall “soft” appearance Your lymphatic system is responsible for moving waste and excess fluid out of your tissues. The problem? It doesn’t have a pump like your heart. It relies on movement, pressure, and habits. 1️⃣ Why Your Face Gets Puffy - Poor sleep = fluid retention - High inflammation diet = water retention - Lack of movement = stagnant lymph flow - Mouth breathing / poor posture = fluid pooling in the face This is why you can look lean one day and bloated the next. 2️⃣ What Proper Drainage Does - Tightens your face visually within minutes - Improves jawline and cheekbone definition - Reduces under-eye puffiness - Gives you a more “awake” and structured look This is one of the fastest visible changes you can make. 3️⃣ How to Actually Drain Your Face Keep it simple and consistent: • Light upward + outward strokes (never aggressive) • Focus on neck first (open the drainage pathways) • Move fluid from center of face → out toward lymph nodes • 5–10 minutes daily is enough Bonus: Cold exposure + hydration + walking will amplify results. 4️⃣ The Mistake Everyone Makes They do it once… see results… then stop. Drainage only works if your lifestyle supports it. If you keep causing inflammation and fluid retention, you’ll keep getting a puffy face back. Bottom Line: A sharp face isn’t just bone structure. It’s how well your body manages fluid. Master this, and you control how your face looks day

Large vs Small hammer for bonesmashing
I've been bonesmashing for 5 months and so far I've tried my fists and and a 16oz (450g) rubber mallet shown in this picture. I noticed I could get the pump very quickly with the hammer, but it leaves heavy bruising on my zygos (maybe because of the friction from rubber?). Its also hard to hit the gonians because of the surface area of this particular rubber mallet. The problem with using knuckles is that for me its very hard to get precise hits, and it takes too long to get the required pump. My question is, I have seen @Jarion Davidson use a smaller metal hammer (8oz?) - is this objectively better for smashing? both for being more precise AND getting a pump quickly?

Using a more tinier hammer is always better for precision. Im able to get a good pump on my zygos with fist, but your right, it's hard to get a gonion pump with fist. I would stick to the tiny hammer, I would invest in a couple of sizes...
debloat
how can I debloat, I have a clean diet, do a lot of cardio but I still have some face fat.
