This week was hard, but was also the first time I got to rely on more of my AI systems that are constantly being built. Fridays, I normally write newsletters and emails to help bring insights and value to potential customers based on what I've learned in conversations with people. Usually from a YouTube video I've made. So if I do that and get my write & publish AI to go a little bit more on its own regarding this, then I'll feel great! And just to be clear in case that triggers anybody, I am the one writing it with my voice and then AI edits and if it didn't make up anything that's not me, it then schedules the email to send and ALSO takes it to post as a LinkedIn article, substack, and blog. Dude mine totally changed too, but I realized something! My mother-in-law usually watches the kids, but she recently had surgery on her foot and can't walk around. My wife works from home and was getting so distracted and was frustrated from my 1 year old's needs while running a meeting. I realized we didn't need have studio bookings that required my presence and so I tried my best to work from home since Tuesday. What I learned is that my mobile setup has limitations. But those limitations don't actually hold me back. They actually help me work ON the business more than IN the business. Plus a quick lunch date with my wife. There are some diaper changes thrown in there a bit as well, but holy moly. I was somehow more productive on tasks that move the needle. 🤷‍♂️ I think some of it may be that it forces me to rely on the team more. Which actually is a mix of real people and AI Agents. It's actually working right now! I'm convinced that if a task can be done on a computer, AI can do it.

I put out the largest offer and it's seeming positive, but I think I may have found a niche that could pay big and is within our scope of solutions! If this works out, we may need to pursue more of these big ticket items! To me that's a win because I'm stepping into a whole new level that I didn't realize existed!
