Thank you for the praise everyone. Yes it is the first property ever, other than some house hacking. As far as doing 2 things different..... I'd use hard money or private money on the next one. Secondly, I'd be sure I had all my expenses in check. ( All utilities and maintenance) . That's about it. See u all in the call.
