1st Check-In
- 4/4 workouts completed - although I've only done days 1 & 2 from the Beginner Endurance track. I completed my Full Body program (M/W/F) I'm following with FitBod. Did my 1st Endurance run on Tuesday, overslept on Thursday morning for the Endurance Strength workout so I lumped it in with my Friday full body lift (see video, holy moly I was gassed). I will do the day 3 Endurance run program tomorrow. - Out of the past 4 nights, I've read for 30 minutes on 2 of them. The other 2 I've fallen asleep while reading...so "A" for effort? - No phone/scrolling after 7PM has been somewhat difficult. I did really well on Monday. Tuesday I caught myself 9 times reaching for my phone after 8PM, but I was able to stop and correct myself. Wednesday I did well until 10PM and then revenge bedtime procrastination hit and I scrolled for an hour...hence oversleeping on Thursday morning and missing my workout. I was really disappointed in myself on Thursday morning. - Overall I am happy with what I've accomplished this week. I'm assuming that the weeks run Monday-Sunday, so I still have 3 nights to work on completing my weekly goals. - Once I get more comfortable on here, I will upload pictures/videos of my workouts. I really don't want to be "that" guy at the gym...I'm not a fan of cameras at the gym. Stay consistent and live with integrity!

@Daniel Yearick I'm with you. Gains in Bulk has the best tasting creatine monohydrate, lots of flavors to choose from. I've been using them for 3 years.

iPhone trick for Workout Program
Once you’ve picked your workout track, I found this little trick on iPhone so that I can quickly access my weekly workouts. 1. Click the “share” button on the top of the screen 2. Click “view more” and then “add to Home Screen” This will save the website like an app and you can access it whenever you want 💪👍
