@Matt Sanderson Yeah, I don't mind having a friend living there with short-term rentals hahah! And in terms of how to leverage AI: I know for a fact that he used a N8N workflow to write SEO blog content to attract traffic to his website. It cost's like 15 dollars p/m to run the system and I know that there are lots of free templates available. I took a look around and this was one of the highest ranking ones: https://n8n.io/workflows/7503-automate-seo-content-creation-with-google-serp-claude-ai-and-wordpress/You can use Claude to customize it for you btw. Now I know that things have been moving since Claude started watermarking text, and Google's AI searching algorithm has been grading websites differently based on different content. There are lots of nuances to this, but he seemed pretty happy with this system because he managed to get a system to automatically post these blogs on his website. From what I know, SEO traffic usually needs to build up pretty slowly, especially because you need to build up a reputation with the Google algorithm. There are so many more ways to do this, but I remember him needing to profile himself specifically for building owners because he wanted to maintain them for them. This was a really special niche that he could apply this system really well to. I don't know how relevant that is for other people on this forum, though! :)
