If you're running a closing team on a spreadsheet, this is for you
Every team lead I've talked to in the last month is running their sales team on Airtable, Google Sheets, or something custom they have to maintain themselves. Nobody's happy about it. It's just that nothing exists for this. So I built it. Closrr gives you the full picture of your sales operation in one place: Where your money actually comes from. Leads arrive with their source attached — Google, Meta, which campaign, which ad. You see which ad became which deal, and which closer turned it into revenue. The whole funnel. Leads in → booked → showed → closed → cash collected. No more guessing where things break. Your team, each with their own dashboard. Setters track prospecting. Closers connect their Google Calendar and log outcomes in two clicks. You see everyone ranked in real time. Call transcripts inside the dashboard, via Fathom. Slack notifications. White-labeled under your brand, your logo, your colors, your subdomain. Flat pricing. Not per seat. If you run a closing team and you're tired of maintaining a spreadsheet that's always half-outdated. I'll show you the whole thing in 15 minutes. Drop a comment or DM me and I'll send my calendar.

Built a tool for tracking closer teams — sharing it here for feedback
Quick context on why I built this, in case it's useful to anyone here running a team. Most tools for tracking closers are either generic CRMs you have to force into shape, or enterprise "gamification" platforms charging $80–120 per seat that take a month to set up. For someone running a community or a small team of closers, both kind of suck. So I built Closrr. It connects to Google Calendar, pulls every call automatically, and the closer logs the outcome in one or two clicks (closed, no-show, follow-up). They set their ticket and commission once, and the dashboard builds itself, close rate, cash collected, commissions. The core of it is the team leaderboard: whoever runs the team sees everyone's performance ranked in real time, without chasing anyone for a spreadsheet. And if a closer isn't logging their calls, the leader sees it flagged — so the data doesn't quietly go stale. For people with their own community, I can white-label it: their logo, their colors, their own space. I'm at the stage where I want honest reactions before pushing on it harder. Two things I keep going back and forth on: - Is the manual logging (1–2 clicks per call) a dealbreaker, or acceptable if everything else is automatic? - Better first customer — sales teams running closers, or coaches/mentors with paid communities? Happy to show it to anyone curious. Mostly here for the feedback.

how are you guys tracking your calls, close rate and commissions?
I’m a closer myself and I been building a simple tool that connects to your Google calendar and tracks everything automatically because I hated using spreadsheets. Just shared it with a few people and looking for honest feedback if anyone wants to try it: 👉 https://closrr.app Would love to hear how you’re doing it now.
