Quick fix to make pod life simple. Some of you weren't seeing the reply-all emails, so we're done with email for pod coordination. Here's the system from today forward, and there are only three moves: 1. Pod coordination happens in Skool DMs. Skool doesn't have group chat yet, so message your two pod mates directly (tap their name, then Chat). Yes, that means two messages instead of one. Send both, propose your 15-minute window, first mover wins. 2. Your weekly pod meeting: 15 minutes, two questions. Did the reps happen? What got in the way? Call, video, or right in the DMs. Three voice notes answering the two questions counts as a full meeting. No excuses about calendars. 3. After you meet, one of you posts in this category: pod name plus one word. "Met. Building." Ten seconds. That's the whole report.
